HEATHER HOLT

The Choo Choo Music Camp is the brainchild of Heather Holt.  Originally from Atlanta, Ga. she has lived in Chattanooga, TN since 2008. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in music education. She has over 15 years of musical experience as a music educator and performer. Her experience with teaching includes private lessons, high school drumline, independent drumline, and elementary school music in Hamilton County for eight years. As a performing musician, Heather has been a percussionist for many different types of ensembles including: wind ensembles, jazz bands, steel drum bands, percussion ensembles, marching bands, drum corps, indoor drumlines and many others.

AUSTIN HALL

A native to Chattanooga, graduated from Brentwood High School in 2008 and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. He is currently a graduate student seeking his Master's degree in Education as he completes licensure requirements for his job as a science teacher for Hamilton County. He has been playing guitar for twenty-one years and has been teaching guitar for more than ten years.
